摘要
管理信息系统(MIS)是一个人机系统,它的开发是一个庞大的系统工程。目前,企业在MIS开发应用上还处于盲目的不成熟的状态,主要原因在于认识上"重技术,轻管理",没有全面考虑MIS开发的各方面因素。为此对企业MIS的开发从领导的重视、开发的阻力、开发的方式、开发的时机、人员培训等方面做了探讨,以提高MIS开发实施的成功率。
Management information system (MIS) is a manmachine system, whose development is a huge system engineering. At present, the development and application of MIS in many enterprises are still in an immature stage, which is mainly caused by the belief that technology is more important than management,and without fully considering all factors that affect the MIS development in many aspects. In this paper, based on the development and application of MIS, the writer discussed on how to improve the successful rate and find a more appropriate way in the following aspects, which include the recognition of manager, difficulties of development, ways of development, opportunities of development, and training of staff.
