摘要
当前在高校学生管理领域 ,存在着不少侵犯学生权利的法律问题。高校管理理念必须注入法治精神和维权意识 ,确立学生的权利主体地位 ,建立尊重学生权益的管理制度 ,疏通学生权利主张渠道 ,切实保障学生合法权益。
Presently, there exist many legal problems concerned with the encroachment on students' rights in colleges' administration. Therefore, the spirit of ruling by law and the consciousness of right maintenance should be applied to the administration, so as to establish the main statute of students' rights, to institute the administrative system of respecting students' right and benefit, to dredge the channel of students' rights proposition, and to practically guarantee students' legal rights and benefits.
