摘要
通过对图书馆管理现状的分析 ,及对职业资格制度的一些介绍 ,阐述了建立一个与飞速发展的信息社会相适应的现代化图书馆 ,必须进行人事管理制度的改革 ,实行职业资格等级认证制度。
On the basis of an analysis of the current status of library management, the article introduces the system of the librarians' occupation qualifications, expatiates on establishment of the modern library which is suited to the changing information-orientated society, and points out the necessity of the reform of the personnel management system and practice to grade attestation system of occupation qualifications.
