摘要
现代图书馆管理应借鉴企业中的人本管理和知识管理模式 ,注重人才及知识的管理与运用 。
Useing enterprise's standard by man aciton management and intelligence management mode for reference,this paper points out that our modern library began to pay attention to talent and intelligence's management and application and it can come up to this best management result as soon as possible.
