摘要
With the rapid development of science and technology, and interpenetration and fusion of different disciplines, great changes have taken place in the disciplinary nature and systematic structure of information science, and in the connotation, theory and methodology of researches on information science and information management. The paper gives a detailed discussion of some issues concerning information science, including information and intelligence, and research patterns, core research contents, research methodology and forward domains of information science.
