摘要
介绍了电磁连铸的基本原理,重点分析了钢的软接触电磁连铸结晶器的工作特性及结构特点。软接触结晶部分为切缝式和无缝式2种。对于切缝式软接触结晶器,讨论了其在冶金试验中的优缺点,并具体分析了切缝数及切缝宽度对冶金效果的影响。对于无缝式软接触结晶器,在材质选择和冶金特点方面作了详细说明。提出了制作透磁率高,冷却效果好且结构简单的新型无缝式软接触结晶器的思路。
To introduce the base principle of electromagnetic continuous casting, the structure and operative characteristics of this kind of mold have been analyzed emphatically. Soft-contact mold can be divided into two categories:slit type and slit-less one. For the slit type of soft-contact mold, the advantages and disadvantages, which appear in the metallurgical experiments, have been discussed. Furthermore, the effects resulting from different slit numbers and width of slit have been analyzed as well. For the slitless one, its metallurgical characteristics and the effects caused by different materials that were used to manufacture the mold were also mentioned. Finally, a method of designing a new kind of slit-less soft-contact mold with high susceptibility, good cooling effect and simple structures was proposed.
