摘要
探讨了雌雄花芽萌发形成当年生枝条生长发育变化规律.结果表明,雌花芽在3月上中旬开始萌发,3月底到4月初停止展叶,4月中下旬停止伸长生长和球柄生长,但球径继续生长到8月份才停止生长;雄花芽在3月上中旬开始萌发,到3月底几乎全部脱落;雌雄花芽萌发形成枝条上的叶面积均在5月上旬前缓慢增加,而后停止.
The growth and development of present branches to which female and male flower buds sprouted in Platanus acerifolia was investigated. The results showed that the female began to sprout during the first tenday and middle tenday of March. In late March and early April the buds stopped spreading leaves. To the middle tenday and last tenday of April the branches and cone handles stopped elongating. But cone diameter continued to grow to the end of August. Male flower buds sprouted during the first tenday and middle tenday of March too. But male cones almost dropped at the end of March. The leaf area of branches to which the female and male flower buds sprouted slowly raised before May and ceased during the first tenday of May.
