摘要
研究了有机与无机肥不同配比对烤烟上、中、下部叶内17种氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量的影响.结果表明,不同部位烟叶中氨基酸总量变化规律为上部叶>下部叶>中部叶,游离氨基酸含量为上部叶>中部叶>下部叶 与单施化肥相比,饼肥、化肥配施可明显提高烟叶内游离氨基酸含量及其占氨基酸总量的比例,其中以50%饼肥+50%化肥配施烟叶内氨基酸含量较高、组成比例适宜。
The content of amino acids of fluecured tobacco leaves was investigated by applying different ratio of sesame seed cake fertilizer and chemical fertilizer The results showed that amino acids content followed the changing pattern of upper leaves>low leaves >cutters, while free amino acids content followed the changing pattern of upper leaves>cutters>low leaves Free amino acids content and its percentage of total amino acids were significantly increased by combined application of cake fertilizer and chemical fertilizer Among the five treatments , 50% cake fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer was the best one to improve the quality of tobacco leaves, because of higher amino acids content and appropriate constitution
