摘要
分析了煤矿井下小型隔爆电动机过载、断相保护存在的缺陷 ,提出了改进的保护方案。采用符合电动机发热特性的迭代法进行动态过载保护 ;引入交流采样算法及滤序算法提取断相故障信号。文章对上述方案进行了详细的分析计算 ,并给出了实现方法。
The existing defect of overload, open phase protection of minitype flameproof motor used in coal mine was analysed and its improved protection scheme was presented. The iterative algorithm which according with motor's heat characteristic was used to protect dynamic overload, fault signal of open phrase was gained by adopting AC sampling and sequence filtration algorithm. Finally, the above schemes were analysed and calculated in detail and their realizing methods were given.
