摘要
针对细长轴在机械加工中刚性差、易变形、振动大等特点,从减少由于切削热引起的热变形伸长量、增加细长轴刚性,减小车削时的振动等方面介绍了车削加工中预防细长轴变形的措施。
According to the characteristics of weak-stiffness, trending-deformation, and severe-vibrating for the thin-long shaft.The article introduces the measures of preventing deformation for the thin-long shaft in the process of cutting.They are adopted from different aspects s follows. First, decrease the extension of hot deformation because of the cutting heat; Second, increase the stiffness of the thin-long shaft and decrease the vibration while cutting.
