摘要
环境文化在可持续发展中占有特殊地位,是表征人与自然的相互关系的历史范畴,包括环境技术文化、行为文化、规范文化和心智文化系统。其性质经历了古代—朦胧状态、近代—异化状态、现代—醒悟状态等。中国环境问题在现代化进程中日益恶化,与工业化、城市化、区域化、社会体制变化、城乡二元控制、价值观变化、人口流动等因素密切相关。必须走可持续发展道路,加强环境文化建设。
Environmental culture occupies a special position in sustainable development because it shows a historical concept of the relation between human and nature , including environmental technological culture, behaviorial culture, norm culture and intellect culture system. Environmental culture development has passed obscure state in ancient times, alienation state in modern times and awakening state in contemporary age. The environmental problem is deteriorating in the course of modemization, closely relative to industrialization , urbaniztion, regionaliztion, change of social mecha-nism, dual control in city and country, change of concept of value and the floating of the population. A path of sustainable development has to be followed and at the same time the cultural construction has to be strengthened.
