摘要
根据目前碳纤维增强材料(CFRP)加固混凝土梁的理论和实验研究结果,重点研究碳纤维制成织物片材粘贴到混凝土表面用于结构的补强与加固的技术特点,分析二次受力对加固结构的弯矩承载力的影响;同时对外贴碳纤维加固混凝土梁的抗弯提供一种简单、实用的设计方法,供工程设计人员参考,对碳纤维布加固混凝土梁中出现剥离破坏也进行了分析,提供了最大剥离正应力的计算公式。
The results of the current experimental study and the theory of concrete beams strengthened in bending with carbon fiber reinforced plastics are introduced,and the technologies of binding the carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) plates or fabrics to the web of reinforced concrete beams are discussed emphatically,and the preloading effect on the bending capacity of the reinforced concrete beams is considered. Then a simple and practical method is put forward for the bending design,which may be a reference for practical engineering designers. The 'local failure' caused by shear and normal stress concentration at the plate ends is analyzed,and the calculation formula of the maximum normal stress of the local failure is also presented.
