摘要
高压喷射灌浆技术在病险坝防渗加固中得到广泛应用,龙河口水库大坝加固截渗墙的最大深度超过40m,现场进行了近9个月大规模的高压喷射灌浆试验。通过对常规三管法旋喷和摆喷试验成果和不足的分析,提出新三管法旋喷(高水压、高浆压)新工艺。通过钻孔取样、围井抽水和现场开挖等检验,新三管法旋喷获得成功,旋喷桩径较常规三管法有明显增大,桩间搭接良好。
The jetgrouting technique has been widely used in the construction of the dam's diaphragmwall in China. In this paper,the insitu test of jet grouting in the construction of the Longhekou Dam's diaphragmwall is introduced. The depth of the diaphramwall is over 40 m and the test lasted nearly nine months. Based on the analysis of the test results and shortcomings of rotatingjetgrouting and swayingjetgrouting by the common threefluid method,here put forward is a novel threefluid method for rotatingjetgrouting under high water pressure and high mud pressure. By core drilling,pumping water from enclosedwell and insitu excavation, this novel method is proved to be successful. And the pile's diameter is evidently enlarged and the linking of piles has good quality.
