摘要
本文提出了基于BP(BackPropagation)模型的渔业资源可持续利用预警系统的评价方法和模型框架,其评价方法具有自组织、自学习、自适应以及非线性等优点。该系统由经济、社会和资源环境三个子系统组成,并以东海区1978-1990年的渔业资源可持续利用状况为例进行了实证分析。
The paper puts forward the way on early-warning system of sustainable use of fisheries resources(EWSSUFR)based on BP models,which possess the characteristic of self-organizing,self-studying,self-adaptive and nonlinear.The EWSSUFR consists of economic,social and resources-envi-ron mental sub-system.The paper takes the fisheries resources in East China Sea from1978to1990as an example.
