摘要
简介了一些国家和地区土地整理权属调整的特点 ,探讨了权属调整机制的产权理论、契约理论、机制设计等相关理论 。
The characteristics of property right adjustment in other countries and regions are summarized.The property right theory in property right adjustment mechanism,contract theory and mechanism designing principle are discussed.On this basis the theoretical framework of operational mechanism of property right adjustment in land consolidation is raised and suggestions to perfect Chinese property right adjustment mechanism in land consolidation are made.
