摘要
介绍了变直径钢管直线度在线测量视觉传感器的优化设计,设计了增加圆或椭圆有效检测轮廓的双光条结构光传感器,提高了圆或椭圆圆心的定位精度;提出了基于悬丝法进行光条传感器的标定方法,与齿形靶标定法相比,该方法简单、高效、实用性强而且精度较高.
Optimum design of realtime visual sensors measuring linearity of steel pipe with variable diameters is presented in detail. Pair structuredlighting sensor increases the available contours of circle or ellipse and highly aligning accuracy is obtained obviously. Comparison with dentiform target calibration, Fiber calibration on structuredlighting sensor can not only meet the need of precise calibration, but also improve its simplicity, efficiency and practicability greatly.
