摘要
新疆民族高等教育的发展存在着许多现实的困难和人为造成的问题,教育质量明显滑坡。必须加大改革和支持力度,采取特殊政策积极改变现状,努力求得发展。对此作者有很多实事求是的建议和设想。
The development of Xinjiang national higher education has many practical difficulties and man-made problems, such as the slipping in educational quality. Greater efforts must be made to reform and support, and implement preferential policies so as to actively improve the status quo and seek further development. To this, the author of this paper puts forward many practical suggestions and tentative ideas.
