摘要
阐述了新时期军队中小医院的学科建设要从五个方面抓好落实 :1加强学科带头人的选拔与考核 ,重视对引进人才的培养和使用 ;2坚持“市场”与“战场”并重 ,着眼于未来战争卫勤保障的需要 ,建设发展特色科室 ;3坚持把特色学科的全面建设放在突出位置 ,在经费上给予倾斜 ,人才配备上力求精强 ;4着眼于医院全面建设需要与特色学科建设需要的统一 ,引进先进设备 ;5集中全院人员智慧 ,统一思想。
This paper described that nowadays the small and medium hospitals of PLA should carry out their subject construction from following 5 aspects: Firstly, strengthening select and check of subject forerunner, laying stress on training and using of introduced talents; Secondly, adhering to market and war field, building and developing department with characteristics with view on future needs for medical support; Thirdly, laying stress on overall construction of subject with characteristics, giving fund and persons. Fourthly, integrating construction of hospital and subject, introducing advanced equipment; Fifthly, drawing on collective wisdom, unifying ideas and establishing goal for future development of subject.
