摘要
读者是图书馆的上帝 ,然而由于思想观念的偏差 ,图书馆的读者服务工作缺乏友好性和方便性 ,制约了图书馆信息资源的充分利用。信息时代的到来为改善读者工作提供了大好契机。图书馆应从读者利益出发 ,从方便读者的角度考虑 ,向读者靠拢 ,使文献信息充分发挥其社会作用。
Readers are the gods to the library. However, until now, because of the deviation in notion, service task to readers lacks friendliness and convenience so that the information hasnt been used sufficiently. And many opportunities of improving the service for readers come with the arrival of information time. The library ought to start from the interests of readers to draw close to readers and bring the documents and information into full play in society.
