充血性心衰与离子通道

摘要 充血性心衰(CHF)又称慢性心功能不全,是极为常见而严重的临床综合征,是各种病因引起的心血管病的严重阶段。其患病率高,5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿(4年中有50%的病人死亡,心功能Ⅳ级(NYHA分级)的患者一年病死率高达50%)。而且,在近10年中,不同种族和性别的CHF患者的死亡率呈现出稳步增高的现象。近年来的一系列整体和离体研究表明,各种具有不同原发疾病的CHF患者的主要致死原因之一是室性心律失常,由此提示此类病人存在着严重的心肌电生理功能紊乱。
