摘要
目的探讨洗胃对口服中毒患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法测定30例口服中毒患者组洗胃前后血液流变学指标变化,30例健康人作对照组。结果洗胃后血液流变学多项指标显著下降,红细胞刚性明显升高。结论 口服中毒患者洗胃后,血液为低粘,是出现并发症的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the influence with oral poisoning. Methods Blood theology of 30 patients with oral poisoning was determined before and after gastric lavage. 30 healthy people were used as control. Results Blood viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen were remarkably decreased after gastric lavage. Conclusion Routine gaxtric lavage may result in decreased blood viscosity,posing likelihood of developing complications.
