胰岛干细胞的研究进展

摘要 胰岛移植是治愈糖尿病潜在的希望所在.对1型糖尿病合并终末期糖尿病肾病患者施行胰肾联合移植,可以使其糖尿病获得治愈.但胰脏移植因手术创伤大、并发症多,故难以作为常规治疗糖尿病的手段.胰岛移植虽然手术操作过程相对简单,但由于从单一供体胰脏难以获得足够数量的纯化胰岛,胰岛常常丢失于分离和纯化过程中,其成功率远远低于全胰脏移植.全胰脏移植1年后的成功率为70%以上,而胰岛移植则不足20%[1].
