昆阳磷矿低镁风化矿的合理选矿工艺

A process for low-magnesium weathered phosphate ores of Kunyang Phosphate Mine

摘要 对于R_2O_3>3.5%的昆阳磷矿低镁风化矿石,采用擦洗脱泥—磨矿分级—浮选联合工艺,不仅可以获得高质量的磷精矿,而且可充分地利用磷矿资源,在经济上也比较合理。综合回收的磷精矿P_2O_5>34%,收率>97%,含R_2O_3 2.41%,MgO 0.3%。目前需要进行扩大试验以验证该流程的可靠性。 For low-magnesium weathered phosphate ore containing R2O3>3. 5%,a. high grade phosphate concentrate, containing P2O5>34%,R2O3 2. 41%,MgO 0. 3% with recovery>97%,and full utilization of phosphate ore resources as well as economic benefits can be achieved by use of the process of scrubbing-grinding and classification-flotation . The reliability of the process mentioned above should be verified with pilot test immediatly.
