摘要
信息时代 ,科研人员的信息素质已成为影响我国科学界研究和创新能力乃至国家的综合国力和国际竞争力的一个主要因素。本文基于实际调查走访中得到的一些数据 ,分析了我国科研人员信息素质水平现状 ,阐述了对科研人员进行信息素质教育的必要性 ,并探讨了具体的教育目标、教育内容和方式。
In the information age, researchers' information literacy (IL) has become one of the major factors determining a country's research, invention and even the comprehensive national capability and international competitive capability. Based on the data received from the investigation, the recent IL level of Chinese researchers has been analyzed, and the necessity as well as the specific goal, content and method of the researchers-oriented IL education have been pointed out.
