摘要
渤南油气田渤中13—1平台向渤中26—2平台输送油气的海底管道距尾端约13km需要伴热,由于距离较长,普通的电伴热不能满足要求。集肤效应电伴热适合长距离管道的伴热,陆地使用已较普遍,但在国际上用于海底管道还没有成熟的经验。从理论上对集肤效应电伴热用于海底管道的可行性、施工过程中可能出现的问题进行了探讨。
In Bohai oil/gas field, heat tracing is needed for the submarine pipeline from BZ 13 -1 platform to BZ 26 - 2 platform. The normai electrical heat tracing cannot meet the technical requirements, due to the long distance. The skin-effective heat tracing should be selected what is widely used on land, because it has no much experience in submarine pipeline. The paper demonstrates the feasibility of the skin-effective heat tracing for submarine pipeline, and the problems in the construction work are discussed, too.
