摘要
根据对蓬莱19—3Ⅱ期油田开发工程中浮式生产储油装置的可行性研究,阐述中外双方在浮式生产储油装置研究的关键技术问题上的不同思路与观点,阐明该浮式生产储油装置前期研究工作中所应关注的技术问题,为今后相关工程的前期研究提供参考。
According to FPSO feasibility study for PL 19-3 Ⅱphase oilfield developments, this paper introduces different thoughts and viewpoints on the key technical problems of FPSO feasibility study, and provides design reference for the work in the future.
