摘要
目的:建立β-内酰胺类抗生素的最佳无菌检查方法。方法:在薄膜过滤操作中,使用少量青霉素酶,使与残留在滤筒、滤膜上的β-内酰胺类抗生素作用并使之失活。结果:能有效消除β-內酰胺类抗生素的残留,确保实验质量。结论:本法操作简便。
Objective: To establish the best method of the sterility test of β-Lactam Antibioties. Method: Deactivation of the residual antibiotics on the filters and the membranes with penicillinase. Result: The method can eliminate the interference of residual β-Lactam Antibiotics on the test of sterility,and ensure the quality of the test. Conclusion:The method used is simple and can be used for the sterility test of β-Lactam Antibiotics.
