摘要
根据患者的精神、神志、色诊、皮诊等 ,预测病程的转归 ,为白血病患者提供临床护理和诊治经验。即通过患者皮肤自发性瘀斑出现的时间及面积 ,估计病情发展 ;观察患者的毛发 ,间接判断患者对化疗的承受能力 ;通过望目 ,准确地判断贫血的等级 ;观察患者的精神状态 。
The article describes the clinical experience in medical treatment and nursing of leukemia patients by traditional chinese medicine(TCM) inspection. Every patient has diversified inspection characteristics.The inspection ,such as spirit, sense, colour,lustre, etc, is able to prognosticate the state of an illness. For instance, the time and area of spontaneous petechia is very important for prognosticating the state of an illness.Many petechiae happening in short time indicate that a patient may fall into DIC, and acute cerebral hemorrhage is easy to happen; the inspection of hair can indirectly prognosticate the endurance of chemical therapy; the inspection of conjunctiva can exactly prognosticate anemia rank; the inspection of spirital situation can indicate the dangerous state of an illness.
