摘要
在培养基中加入不同浓度、不同种类的植物激素影响非洲菊试管苗的分化和生根。结果表明诱导分化的培养基为MS +6 -BA 0 5mg L +NAA 0 2mg L ,生根诱导培养基 1 2MS +IBA 0 5mg L为宜。
Add botanical hormone of different thickness and varieties to substrate and affect the young plant of Africa chrysanthemum in the tube to differentiate and take root,the result shows that inducing substrate of differentiation is MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,rootage inducing substrate should be 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L.
