摘要
本文通过从风险投资独特运行机制的探讨入手 ,揭示我国风险投资发展存在的主要问题 ,提出了发展我国风险投资的对策 ,说明了在我国大力发展风险投资事业 ,开辟投资环境 ,完善投资机制 。
Starting at analyzing the special patterns of venture investment, the article reveals the major problems on the development of venture investment and suggests some countermeasure for developing venture investment, The article believes that we should develop venture investment with all efforts, improve investment environment and perfect the pattern of venture investment. These actions are about to promote China high technology and the development of socialist economy.
