摘要
‘延川狗头枣’为鲜食、制干兼用中晚熟枣新品种。果实大、卵圆形或锥形 ,似狗头状。单果平均质量 18.7g ,最大 2 5 .4g ;果肉细脆 ,汁液中多 ,味酸甜 ;鲜食、干制品质优良。适宜平均气温 10～11℃、降雨量 5 0 0mm左右的北方地区栽培。
Yanchuan Goutouzao'is a new fruit-drying variety of jujube.The fruit is large,oval or taper shape,the average fruit mass is 18.7g,the heaviest reaches 25.4g.The fruit is uniform,attactive,good quality fruit,and applicable to fruit-eating and drying.The flesh is crisp,juicy,and sour-sweet.The fresh fruits ripen in late September,the ripening date of drying-fruit is in early October in north Shaanxi.The fresh fruits have long storage life.And its cultivated region is in north China with the cool temperature(10.0-11.0℃)and less rainfall(annual preciptation of about 500mm).
