摘要
利用农田开顶式气室进行不同O3 浓度处理对白菜影响的试验研究。结果表明 :O3 浓度增加导致白菜黄叶率上升 ,总生物量增长速率下降 ,并可改变光合产物分配模式 ;延长高浓度O3 熏气时间 ,对白菜叶片数、叶面积、产量和外轮叶净光合速率影响较大 ,对心叶和中部叶片净光合速率影响较小 ;对处于不同生长期的白菜进行相同天数高浓度O3 处理 ,经济产量和总生物量的响应 ,前期处理大于后期 ,叶面积则相反 ,对叶片数无影响。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of different O 3 concentrations(A,8.93× 10 -9 mol/L;B,4.46× 10 -9 mol/L;C,≤4.46×10 -10 mol/L;Control,ambient O 3 concentrations were about 1.12×10 -9-1.79×10 -9 mol/L)and different exposure last times(fumigating 5 d,10 d,former 15 d,later 15 d and 30 d)at 8.93×10 -9 mol/L on Chinese cabbage by using 4 farmland open top chambers OTC-1.The results showed that yellow leaf rate increased, daily increase of total biomass decreased and the ways of assimilation products distribute to organs changed with O 3 concentrations increase.Leaf number,leaf area,net photosynthesis of the outer leaves and yield of Chinese cabbage were reduced greatly as the exposure last time at 8.93×10 -9 mol/L was prolonged during experiment.And there was little effect to the other leaves.At the same O 3 concentration (8.93×10 -9 mol/L) and exposure last time during different growth time of Chinese cabbage, the responses of economy yield and total biomass to O 3 concentration prophase treatment were more heavier than that of anaphase. Leaf area was contrary.But there was no effect to leaf numbers.
