摘要
调整和优化财政支出结构是当今理论界十分关注的一个热点问题 ,也是目前和今后一个时期财政改革和发展面临的一项重要任务。本文拟从理论、实践、政策的结合上 ,就调整和优化财政支出结构的若干问题进行探讨和分析。
Nowadays to adjust and optimize the financial expenditure structure is a hot problem which is being noticed greatly by the theoretical field. It is also an important task confronting the financial reform and development at present and for a future period from now. This article tries to make a discussion and analysis of some problems concerning the adjusting and optimizing the financial expenditure structure through the combination of theory, practice and policy.
