多媒体与网络技术的发展 ,为我们营造了一个网络学习环境 ,其诸多的优势和完备的功能有效地支持了学习者的学习活动。网络学习者要根据网络学习环境的特点及功能 ,使自己具备网络学习应具备的基本素质 。
The development of multimedia and network technology provides a good on-line learning environment for us. Its various advantages and complete functions efficiently support the study activities of the learners. Based on the characteristics and function of the network environment, the on-line learners should have the basic qualities required by the on-line learning, so as to meet the requirement of the era of network and knowledge economy.
