摘要
教育学院的竞争 ,是教育教学质量的竞争 ;教学质量竞争的背后是人才的竞争 ,人才竞争的底蕴是文化的竞争 ,归根结底取决于学习能力的竞争。教育学院要在当前激烈的社会竞争中立于不败之地 ,首先必须把自己建成学习型学院。
The competition in Dalian Education College is the competition of teaching quality,and the competition of teaching quality is the competition of human resource,while the homan resource competition lies in culture background which is fully depends on study.The first policy is to set Dalian Education College a study center in order to stand the heavy competition.\;
