摘要
经济全球化是当代世界经济发展的潮流和根本特征。经济全球化使得世界各国能够在全球范围内配置矿产资源 ,同时由于矿产资源在一国经济发展中不可或缺的重要地位 ,以及全球矿产资源分布的极不均衡性 ,经济全球化又加剧了世界各国对矿产资源的争夺和控制 ,从而对国家资源安全构成威胁。本文从经济全球化对国家资源安全的影响因素出发 ,分析了经济全球化过程中国家资源安全面临的主要问题 ,提出了我国为防范和抵御全球化中的风险、保障资源供应安全应采取的政策建议。
Economic globalization is the development trend and basic feature of the economic development of the world. The economic globalization enables various countries to allocate mineral resources globally and intensifies the competition for and control over the mineral resources, which in tum constitutes a danger to the safety of national resources due to the indispensable important status of mineral resources in the economic development and the serious lack of uniformity of the distribution of mineral resources around the world.The paper analyzes the main problems facing the safety of national resources in the process of economic globalization,proposes the policy suggestions on preventing & controlling the risk and on guaranteeing the safety of resource supply in the process of economic globalization based on the influencing factors on mineral resources imposed by economic globalization.
