摘要
针对凹版印刷机的工作特点 ,在采用多片 80C196KC单片机与一台PC机实现的自动套色系统中 ,该文在不增加新设备的前提下提出了一种微机实现预对版功能的方法 ,避免了人工预对版中繁琐和误差大的缺点。在实际应用中证明 ,该功能不仅提高了凹版印刷机预对版的准确度 ,而且大大减少预对版过程中纸张、油墨及工时的浪费 ,带来较大的效益。
A realization method of pre adjust printing plate is presented according to the working feature of gravure press.The new method is based on the automatic register system multiple 80C196KC embeded controller and a personal computer, and don't add any new equipment. This can effectively avoid the cockamamie operate and large error of manual pre adjustment. The applications of in practice show that the new method can not only improve the veracity of pre adjust printing plate, but also decrease the waste of the moulage, printing ink and man hour. So it brings great benefit to the society, and improves the automatization degree of the gravure register system.
