摘要
根据焦作煤业集团公司演马电厂的锅炉及原除尘系统的实际情况,选择新型高效的JZGD30Ⅲ/3电除尘器作为该厂锅炉烟气治理的收尘设备.系统设计中,通过阻力计算,合理选择了烟道形状和规格,并对原除尘系统风机后部不合理的烟道作了改进,保证引风机运行在合理的工况点上.该除尘系统于2002年5月通过焦作市环保局的验收,达到了既能实现达标排放又节约改造投资的目的.
According to the practical conditions of Yanma Power Plant's boiler and its former dust?removing system,and on the basis of the spot?test,the new?style and high?effective of electrical dust remover JZGD30Ⅲ/3 has been chosen to use as the dust?collecting system for the boiler.During the design of the system,the style and form of the smoke?dust passage have been reasonably chosen according to the calculation of the resistance.then the rave part of the former fanner has been transformed to make it work best.The project has achieved the standard of discharge and saved the transformation funds,It has been checked and accepted by Jiaozuo Enviromental Protection Bureau in May,2002.
