摘要
针对典型场效应管开关电路的缺点 ,提出了一种新的场效应管开关 .此开关利用外加的 RC网络和场效应管的分布电容构成带阻滤波器 ,在工作频率上得到了较高的隔离度 ,且对插入损耗没有影响 .仿真结果表明 ,用此方法设计的场效应管开关有着较优的开关性能 .
Aiming at the shortcoming of the typical field-effect transistor (FET) switch, this paper proposes a kind of novel FET switch. It makes use of the adscititious RC network and the FET′s parasitic capacity to form a band-rejection filter, may get higher isolation on working frequency, and has no effect on insertion loss. Simulation result shows that the FET switch of this method design has better switch performance.
