摘要
以硫酸、硫酸钠和硅酸钠为原料 ,用化学沉淀法制备了吸墨剂二氧化硅 (SiO2 ) ,其产物的结构经红外光谱确认 ,同时对其吸墨性能进行研究。结果表明 :当树脂 (聚乙烯醇或丙烯酰胺改性的聚乙烯醇 )和填料 (二氧化硅 )的质量比为 0 4左右、二氧化硅比表面积为 384m2 / g左右、粒径为 4 3~ 4 7μm及二氧化硅的球磨时间为 4~ 5h时 。
Ink absorbent silica (SiO 2) was prepared from sulfuric acid and sodium sulfate by means of chemical precipitation reaction. The structure of the product was identified by IR spectra. The ink absorbing properties were studied. The results show that when the ratio of resin (Polyvinyl alcohol or Polyvinyl alcohol modified by acryl amide) to silica is about 0 4, the specific surface area of silica is about 384?m 2/g, the granule size varies from 4 3?μm to 4 7?μm and the ball billing time is about four to five hours, and then the ink absorption rate and definition are better.
