跨国公司技术转移内部化的原因、特点及利弊分析

摘要 二战以后跨国公司技术转移具有强烈的内部化倾向。跨国公司出于利益最大化考虑 ,往往利用内部化方式将技术转移给跨国公司市场体系内部的企业 ,跨国公司内部化的技术转移具有一些独特的特点 ,能给发展中国家带来一些好处 ,也会带来很多问题。发展中国家需要趋利避害 ,争取通过引导跨国公司内部化技术转移而提高本国技术水平。
