棉铃虫地理种群血淋巴游离氨基酸的测定与分析 被引量:2

摘要 棉铃虫Heliothis armigera(Hübner)是棉花的主要害虫,在我国分布广泛,各地种群因地理环境不同,生理生化指标也有差异,从9个地区采集的棉铃虫,在实验室分别饲养至室内第2代后,分别测定了各地种群6龄幼虫血淋巴的游离氨基酸种类和含量,结果表明:氨基酸种类和含量各地种群间都存在差异,同地种群不同生育期亦表现出游离氨基酸的含量随着龄期的增长由低→高→低。上述不同特点为棉铃虫种下分类提供了依据。 Cotton bollworm [Heliothis armigera (Hübner)] is an important insect pest which is wide spread in China. Preuious studies have established that the physiological and biochemical items of every geographical population varies with the geographical environment. In the present study, the free amino acids and proteins in the blood-lymph of the 6th instar larva were studied for every geographical population of the cotton bollworms collected from nine areas of four provinces and reared till the 2nd generation (in laboratory). The result indicated that he kinds and contents of the free amino acids in the blood-lymph differs among the geographical populations. There fore. the free amino acids in the blood-lymph can be used to reflect the nner differences among the geographical populations.
