摘要
本文通过考察CIMS中制造单元几何模型的物理相关性,基于凸包理论和形态分析方法,提出了用于CIMS中制造单元几何造型和图形处理的算法及关键技术,包括:三维几何造型,组合体交互式拼装,隐藏线和面的快速消除.算法和关键技术在IBM-PC机上实现.文中给出了实例.
Based on an investigation on the physical correlativity between the geometric models in CIMS manufacturing cells, key techniques and algorithms for geometric modelling and graphic processing such as 3-D geometric modelling, interactive assembly of 3-D combination bodies, and rapid removal of hidden lines and faces are proposed using the convex closure theory and shape segmenting method. These techniques and algorithms have been realized on an IBM/PC personal computer. Examples are given.
