摘要
指出现行的气体流导计算公式十分混乱,难以在真空工程中使用,建议修正气体流导定义,并重新理顺气体流导公式。
Author points out there are a lot of confusion and antinomy in actual formulae of gas conductance, so that it is difficult for the actual formulae to be used in vacuum technology. Author suggests that amending the definition of gas conductance and modifying the formulae of gas conductance should be made.
