热系统法在闸门启闭减速机“低温效率”预测中的应用

摘要 本文根据齿轮装置的热系统分析方法,对闸门启闭减速机随油温变化的热损失和机械效率进行了预测.同时对这种减速机作了机械效率实测并与预测结果作了比较.本文还分析了闸门启闭减速机在低温下的效率,并作了低温下的故障预测. Based on the method of heat system analysis for a geared system, the heat loss and mechanical efficiency in the reduction gear of a gate lifter during the variation of the lubricating oil temperature is predicted. The mechanical efficiency of an actual reduction gear has been measured and found to be in good agreement with the predicted one. This method has also been used to predict the efficiency and failure point at low temperatures for the reduction gear.
