摘要
高等学校的社会职能是高等教育基本理论问题和实践问题。三大职能中培养人才是基本职能与中心环节;发展科学的职能,包括基础理论、应用与开发等课题;直接为社会服务的职能主要是将科技成果转化为产品。三者相互联系,相互渗透。
The social function of colleges and universities is the basic theory question and the practical question for higher education. The first function is cultivating men of ability, which is the basic and central link. Developing science, including fundamental theory, opening and applying subjects is the second one. Directly serving the society, which mainly refers to changing the scientific and technological results into products is the third one. All the three link and infiltrate one another.
