摘要
本文对华西医大附一院1954.1～1991.10近40年间201例耳源性脑脓肿的临床资料进行分析。耳源性脑脓肿占同期乳突手术病例的4.50％,占同期各种原因所致脑脓肿的34.07％,近半数病例与其他颅内合并症同时存在。重点讨论耳源性脑脓肿诊断、处理中的有关问题,强调密切观察,必要的特殊检查和积极处理在提高治愈率中的重要作用,也是本组后期病案死亡率降低(由29.63％降至16.95％)的主要原因。
This article was to analyse the clinical materials of 201 cases of orogenic brain abscss which were proved by means of operative findings or post-mortem examination in the Department of Otolaryngology of West China University of Medical Sciences from 1954, 1 to 1991.10. The morbidity of orogenic brain abscess was 4.50% of patients undergoing mastoidectomy and 34.07% of all brain abscess caused by various reasons at the same period and nearly half ot the patients cases having other intracranial complications. The relevent problems happened in the diagnosis and treatment of orogenic brain abscess were discussed, emphasizing the importance of close observation, necessary special examination and aggressive treatment for achieving a higher cure-rate, and pointing out that these were the main measures from which the mortality rate of our cases was reduced from 29.63% to 16.95% during the later period.
