摘要
放免检测的质量不仅决定于实验室本身,还与临床科密切相关。作者认为,临床医生有必要了解放免工作的复杂性、特殊性及影响放免检测质量的各种因素,加强与放免实验室的联系,才能做到正确认识和评价放免工作的质量。
The quality of radioimmunoassay measurement not only depends upon laboratory itself, but also closely relates with clinical departments. In author's opinion, it is necessary for doctors in the clinical departments to strengthen contact with radioimmunoassay laboratory, and to understand the complexity, specifility of the radioimmunoassay measurement and a variety of factors influencing its quality. These will help clinical workers to understand and appraise the quality of radioimmunoassay measurement work correctly.
