摘要
本文采用最小二乘紫外分光光度法对复方氨基比林注射液中三个组分的同时测定进行了研究。只需测出注射液在242,240,252,254,263,264nm六个波长的吸收度值与对照品在相应波长的吸收度值用本文软件即可在计算机上算出其中各组分含量。平均回收率为:氨基比林100·1%(n=6,cv%=0.67);安替比林99·2%(n=6,cv%=0·38);巴比妥100·3%(n=6,cv%=0.57).
This paper presented a simultaneousanolysismethod of Injectio A midopymi Composita by Least Square-U V spectrophotomctry. The results showed that, Using 6 absorbances of 240、242、252、25 4、263and 264nm six wavelengths, the comt ents of Aminopyrine Antipyrne and Barbito ne can be caloulated by least square method The recoveries of Aminopyrine Antjpyrine Antipyrine and Barbitone were 100.1% (n=6, cv%=0. 67), 99. 2% (n=6,cv5K=0. 38 and100. 3% (n=6,, cv%=0. 57).
