摘要
通过电阻应变式拉力传感器分别测定了舌翼下颌全口义齿和传统下颌全口义齿的水平移动力。结论如下:舌翼下颌全口义齿的稳定优于传统下颌全口义齿(P<0.01);义齿后部稳定较前、中部均差(P<0.05),取前、中点测量义齿的稳定较理想;下颌全口义齿的稳定与起机械阻挡作用的牙槽嵴坡度呈正直线相关关系(P<0.01)。
This experiment has measured the horizontal moving force of the lingual,flange ma- ndibular complete dentures and traditional mandibular complete dentures by the electricresistance strain-gauge pull transducers.The results are as follows:Compared with thetraditional complete dentures,the lingual flange complete dentures are more stable(P<0.01).The stability in the posterior points of these dentures are poorer than those in theanterior and medial points(P<0.05)and there are more unfavourabie for measurement.Therefore,it is better to choose the anterior or medial point for measuring the stabilityof the denture.There is the positive correlation between the stability of mandibular co-mplete dentures and the alveolar ridge slope which has the mechanical resistance effect
